Managing Agent Fees
Love and money make the world go round and we talk around the subject of money a lot don’t we! However, no one really likes to talk about the nitty gritty.
At the end of the day businesses need to make money to keep going, it is as simple as that. We get asked to justify our charges, to negotiate, but it is important to understand that you really do get what you pay for. We thought carefully about our fees and feel they are most definitely competitive, however, they also need to reflect what we put into each and every building we manage.
We have professional memberships to ensure we stay up to date within the industry to enable us to pass this benefit onto our clients, leaseholders, residents, contractors, high level business insurance, client money protection, regulation with RICS and on it goes *ouch.
Our main management fee is for full management. We do not offer varying levels of service. We choose to keep it simple for you and ensure you get a level of service that we would want for our properties - we are landlords and freeholders too!
A lot of time, effort and knowledge is shared and we do our very best to provide an exceptional level of management. We are transparent with our fees, we don’t know why you wouldn’t be! So when asking around for enquiries into managing agents, don’t just go for the cheapest without finding out more! Go for the ones that are willing to speak with you, to find out about your building, that put time and effort into continuing their development - for you. We have been doing this for 2 decades but the industry is always changing.
