What is Block Management?
Briefly, it is managing blocks of flats that can be residential, commercial or mixed use. It can also be called Freehold Management or Estate Management (where there are multiple buildings on a site). The service is quite in depth and very specialised so it is important to ensure you choose the correct agent with the relevant skills and experience. Free Budget Appraisal
Sussex Block Management aim to reduce your costs by carrying out a free budget appraisal from our first meeting and annual cost analysis on all contracts and expenditure. Our aim is to ensure the service charge budget is as accurate as possible so that there are sufficient funds available for the year ahead and to avoid the need for further funds being requested. Contractors
We have excellent, trusted contractors and suppliers that provide top quality services and value for money. We manage this to ensure that repairs and maintenance are completed successfully to the satisfaction of our clients. See more about this in our Contractor Management section here You can, of course, use your existing contractors, we will ensure they qualify with sufficient insurance and professional memberships where necessary.
Regular inspections of the buildings are carried out to ensure legislation is being followed. More information is found here.

Leaseholder Portal
Our building management software is with Blocks Online which is cloud based and ARMA compliant. Our clients and leaseholders can easily access their accounts/statements and balances, anywhere with internet connection through the online portal. This is also where you will see any messages relating to the building such as fire alarm inspections, contractor visits, any repair issues etc. You are sent a login link once we have completed the handover procedure.
Client Money Protection
