Building Inspections

Sussex Block Management carry these out on a regular basis for local properties to ensure regular visits are upheld. We complete detailed reports to see what is required and to compare to the previous visit. Ad hoc visits to the building are also made if there are any maintenance issues or work inspections that are required. With this, you can be safe in the knowledge that we are regularly on site, keeping the building/your asset running smoothly.

There will be times where residents will need to ensure they are reporting any matters to us in between our inspections and we have many forms of communication available either by email, phone, via the leaseholder portal ‘Report a Problem’ or letter.
