Full external decorations 2021

A new take on at the end of the summer 2021 with works that had been on hold for years due to issues with non payment or pro active management from the previous agent. Within 4 weeks of taking this over, we had managed to reduce the cost by £7k and secured funds to enable us to get a start date in before winter. Works are due to be complete by the end of January 2022 and are being carried out by one of our most trusted contractors -Sussex Building & Property Maintenance (not affiliated)

We liaise with the freeholder and leaseholders regularly to keep them updated on progress, any issues are dealt with promptly and followed up to completion.
