Rectifying some works that were carried out previous to our management whilst they were self managing. Causing water ingress to the flat below. Tenders sought, section 20 notices arranged, lots of communication with the flat owners prior to works starting and which are now complete. This was chosen whilst they are raising funds to complete the full rear elevation. Phasing works is possible if required.

Replacement meter cupboard doors in the common ways following a Health & Safety report, some upgrade works to individual flat doors including intumescent strips to ensure they are compliant and a full door replacement.
