Service Charge Collection

This is part of our management package and involves us sending out service charge demands to leaseholders requesting payment of funds that have been budgeted for. Our demands comply with legislation and are sent out either by email or post dependant on which option has been selected in the leaseholder portal.

When we take over management, we always ensure we check a lease for the service charge dates and what service charges can be included. Payment dates can be annually, bi-annual or quarterly on various dates so these are important to follow as if the demands are not produced correctly according to the lease, they are not valid.

Sussex Block Management also collect Ground Rent free of charge.
