Year End Accounts

The year end date for service charge accounts for the building will be detailed in the lease. If you have your own accountant you wish to continue using we will send over our accounts report and information to them in order for them to complete the service charge accounts in good time. We have 6 months from the year end date to distribute these to all leaseholders.

We compile all the financial information following the year end to send on to the accountants. This does not form part of our standard management fee and will incur an additional fee which will be in your Terms of Agreement with us.

If you have a limited company for the freehold or RTM, there will be a requirement for residential service charge accounts and also for Company Accounts. The majority of residential companies are dormant unless they have an income such as ground rent or other company charges. You can choose to combine the company accounts with the residential service charge accounts if you wish.
