When renewing your buildings insurance, the insurer will want to know the last date you had an insurance valuation carried out to ensure sufficient cover. If this hasn’t been arranged, you could be at risk of under insuring or over insuring your building. We can arrange a valuation with a surveyor or a desktop valuation where applicable.
