Reactive Maintenance

This would be where there are ad hoc maintenance issues that arise such as a faulty lock on the main entrance door, communal electrics/lighting issue - any small repairs and maintenance that do not fall under major works. We deal with this as quickly as possible and do rely on a lot of these issues to be reported to us by the residents if it is not noted on our monthly inspections. We have contractors that we use or can approach ones that you would prefer to use if they meet the necessary requirements for insurance and health and safety.

We will update the leaseholder portal with any information on maintenance or repairs that will be of use or importance to the leaseholders .
