Once you choose Sussex Block Management, you will be provided with a login code in your welcome letter for exclusive access to your personal account. This will show the status of your account, payments made and received and the ability to produce a statement. There is a messages tab for all details pertaining to the building/your flat to ensure you are kept up to date. You are also able to report any issues for your agent to action. This has been a really valuable tool for leaseholders to stay on top of everything.
