Out of Hours Service
We provide an out of hours emergency service as part of our management package. Leaseholders are notified in our welcome letter, details are on the leaseholder portal, we display contact information in communal hallways where possible, we have a contact tab here and it is always displayed at the bottom of our emails.
Should any emergencies arise that are block related (not specific to the individual flat) outside of our office hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) then our out of hours should be contacted. If it is a non emergency or not block related then the charge will be the liability of the caller/flat.
Please do not use the emergency number/email for general enquiries. They are an emergency contractor only.
