Several dormers that required full works due to damage to the top flat. Tenders received for the Section 20 process following a specification from Sussex Surveyors and works started once all funds were in place. The client chose to delay the works from 2022 so significant deterioration was seen. Several pre works inspections by SBM, the contractor and the surveyor to ensure flats were checked that reported damp, finalising work details and reporting back to the client. The winning tender was Packham Construction and we worked closely with many site visits to bring the project to completion and works completed to the specification.
