In the first stages of this big project. Several dormers that require full works due to damage to the top flat. Tenders received for the Section 20 process following a specification from Sussex Surveyors and works are due to start shortly now that funds have been raised. The client chose to delay the works from 2022. Several pre works inspections by SBM, the contractor and the surveyor to ensure flats were checked that reported damp, finalising work details and reporting back to the client. The winning tender was Packham Construction and we will be working closely with all parties to ensure a smooth process.
