Utilities
When we take on a new building, we request that the utility company is notified of our details so that we can liaise with them on the account. We can then ensure you are set up on a new contract.
Regular meter readings are undertaken where a smart meter is not in place. We can also arrange for a smart meter to be set up if requested. Most utilities request direct debit payments now and this will be set up from the new bank account we arrange for your building.
