Pre Sale Enquiries

For any leaseholder selling their flat, the buyers solicitor will require a pre sale information pack (also known as LPE1 enquiries) at some point in order to complete the sale. This holds much information on the building relating to service charges, major works, budgets, health and safety and so on so that the buyer has this information prior to completion.

Once this is requested from us and we are in receipt of our administration fee, we aim to complete and return these within 2 working days.
