After an unsuccessful attempt to get works started with their previous agent and surveyor, we got the process moving by arranging a specification that was approved by the client, listening to their requirements, and sent the works out to tender once approved.
The contractor was chosen, funds raised once all the necessary legal paperwork was processed (Section 20 notices) and a start date booked in.
Scaffold to 3 elevations and a rope access contractor for the north to attend to the windows due to access issues.
Works are now complete and waiting for a final inspection in order to sign off the works and pay the final invoice just in time for a residents new arrival!
Communication with the client the whole way through, dealing with queries and expectations to ensure they were happy with each stage.
