Contractor Management

We have a listed of trusted and reliable contractors that we have experience of working with for many years, however, we are also happy to use contractors that you have worked with. We do require them to have appropriate insurance and health and safety measures in place and will send them a contractor form to add them to our system.

For any works that take place, we are in contact with them on a regular basis ensuring works are completed in good time, to a good standard and value for money. Inspections are carried out for particular works to ensure they are satisfactory. Access is arranged via keys or residents where required dependant on the works and invoices are checked and paid accordingly.

No works are instructed if funds are not available to ensure contractors are paid on time on completion of works and to avoid any interest on late payments. It is also against the RICS Service Charge Code of Practice to instruct works without available funds.
