Internal decorations 2023

We took this on with a requirement for internal decorations. The first step is agreeing a specification to be drawn up by us for the client. This is then sent out to a select group of contractors suitable for the job and vetted by us. Having a specification ensures all tenders are like for like and the contractor is following a plan of works. Payment is made in accordance with the specification.

Stage 1 of the section 20 notice is sent out to all leaseholders to notify them of the proposed works as part of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 legislation. Once tenders are received, stage 2 of the notice is sent out providing details of the tenders and who has been chosen. The works were put on hold to give time for leaseholders to raise the funds and they are planned towards the end of 2023..
