A beautiful building in need of full external works located in a conservation area. Lots of discussions with our clients prior to getting a specification drawn up to ensure their needs are thoroughly met. Roof works including moss removal, chimney stack render repairs, increasing the drainage outlets to avoid blockages that contribute to damp. Render repairs to the main walls, gutter repairs, joinery repairs to window frames and repair to front entrance steps. Section 20 notices served to leaseholders to ensure legislation is followed. Tenders sent out to suitable contractors that have met our standards. Ensuring funding is set up and available prior to works commencing.
